As Ellen pointed out, it is important to get your forms and dues in to
the national office on time.  UC Berkeley's chapter (gamma gamma) was no.
4 on last year's list, and still has over 200 members, but since
they didn't pay off all their debts by August, they were left off the
list.  The national reporting methods rely on full cooperation of the
chapters.  Hopefully, they'll be back on the list next year.
