You know, I guess that I just don't like the concept of "penalizing"
people in general for not wearing their pins.  It seems like a
contradiction of all we work toward in order to make our fraternity seem
(and be) different from all other fraternities and sororities.  I see
muggings as being something fun for both pledges and actives, but beyond
that I hesitate to endorse a more rigorous penalty.
