Here's the info for anyone who didn't get a packet for our
conference. If there are any questions, drop a line back.
THE FIRST SECTION 88 CONFERENCE OF ALL TIME
(or at least Warren cannot remember one before,
and for all intents and purposes, they are the
same thing =)
The conference will be held on Oct 18-20, at the University
at Albany. Registration must be postmarked by Sept 28th to
avoid late feeof $5. (No late fee will be excised against
any pledges, we WANT pledges to come!) If it isn't ON OUR DESK
by Oct 12th we cannot guarantee food, please contact us if you
have a difficulty.
Make checks payable to Alpha Delta Eta Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega
(no greeks, our bank is silly.) Mail to

Conference fee is $17, and includes a Pilsner Glass commemorating
the event.
Banquett is also $17, with options of
B- Sliced Sirloin of Beef
C- Country Stuffed Chicken Breast
P- Pasta Primavera.
A conference T Shirt is avail in L and XL at $10.
Making a complete package of $44.
Housing with Brothers (on the floor sorry) is avail on a first
come first served basis. We'll do our best to house everyone
who asks, and a few of the Epsilon Zeta Brohters are being kind
enough to help out. It's a limited resource though, so please
register early.

Events of note:
The Phillipines Alumni Associate of North America is looking to put
in a showing, come meet some Brothers from REALLY far away!
(don't worry, they'll have their own man mile award =)
The All Species Ball, Friday night, a costume party, with prizes
for the best. We'll be putting forth a special tribute to Phi Chapter
durrign this event to recognize their 65th anniversary!
Membership Vice President's Workshop. A rare all day seminar, if you
are or are interested in being a Pledge Educator, Rush Person, or
Vice President of Membership, check it out.
Further we're runnign an extended seminar on Rush and Retention for
the rest of us! So come and add your voices, experiences, questions, etc.
We're working on some great service projects, and remember it's
Project America's National Day of Community Service, so we want to put
in a good showing, and maybe ride some of the publicity bandwagon, not
to mention some of that groups experiences with projects!
Banquett of course with Role Call, Man Mile, and every thing else it
brings! Followed by another dance bash And hey, YOU pick the songs,
send us along one Song/Artist per person you register, and we'll
make up a play list from that (as best we can).
Both nights will be closed off by a late night run to Denny's!
No more conferences that force you to go to bed by 11pm! The local
Denny's is used to us being there for Hrs, and knows we tip well!

This is a conference for all of our Brothers.
One thing to note, we don't care what section yer from, if you want
to attend, you are welcome. If your conference to far to send most
of your chapter? or none existatant this semester? send a contingent over
to Albany! You Alums c'mon down!!
