Certainly! Call 800/421-2273 and tell them you'd like to apply for the
Alpha Phi Omega Visa. You can either have them send you an application or
apply over the phone, which takes about 10 minutes. The person I dealt
with was quite helpful, and told me that all apps are processed in 10-15
business days.
