What Roger is stating is a motion before this National Convention
I happen to agree with Yaneev .. it is a RIGHT of BROTHERHOOD to be given
the meaning behind our syblols. Otherwise pledging can all be covered in
the manual and pledge trainers are not needed.
But there is nothing that keeps a chapter from telling NEOPHYTES (or
pledges) the meanings as things currently stand
