What would be an example of "guy stuff" that would keep women from pledging?

I can just see an interview between APO and the local school newspaper:
paper: You're the only organization on campus that's sexually segregated.
Why is that?
APO: The men don't want women in their chapter.
paper: Don't you find that to be discriminatory?
APO: Nope.
paper: Do you feel the community would be happy to have your sexually
segregated organization doing service projects? What sort of lesson does
that provide for the community's children?
APO: It tells the children that tradition is more important than and equality.
paper: I see. Why exactly do you exclude women?
APO: They destroy the fraternal atmosphere and they don't like the guy stuff.
paper: But I thought the most important part of APO is the sense of
leadership, friendship, and service. How does sexual segregation promote
these ideas?
APO: You just don't understand.
paper: Would you care to explain?
APO: Nope. You wouldn't get it. You're a girl.
