That may be true in your very large chapter, but in smaller ones someone who
is unbrotherly can destroy the chapter. I have personally seen this done.
Once again we should remember that all chapters are different and as long as
what that chapter is doing works for them and does not violate any of the
national by-laws, that chapter should be left alone.
(IMHO the same statement goes for the all male debate too)
We here at Beta-Delta still have a pledge review program, partially due
to tradition and partially due to the fact that it works and protects the
chapter as a whole.
