I must concur with the above statement. A moderator can be a great thing
if you feel you have to bring in a neutral third party. Most colleges
have a conflict resolution type of office if you want to get some
"professional" help. Also don't forget the advisor, that is what they
aare there for. It is most likely not even a new situation for the older
chapters. The advisors bring continuity to the chapter and a great third
opinion.
