Hi. My name is Amy VanDeCar. I am the Service VP for the APO interest
group at American University where we are working hard to re-charter the
Eta Phi chapter. I would love to talk to other Service VP's and brothers
at chapters in this area or in NC (where I live when I'm not up here).
That said, I have a question for those of you who've been around longer...
Do you have any suggestions of steps I can take to reduce tensions
between members of the e-board before they become overt? I know that
all organizations must go through this, but I would prefer to deal with
any difficulties before they evolve into full-fledged problems. Thank you
for your help!
