I am putting together some workshops for Advisors. I would like some
feedback/ideas on the following...
1) What topics do you think should be covered?
2) Are there topics that should be emphasised for a "new" advisor?
I am thinking about a full day format (at a conference) with the
following as topics (for starters):
* Risk Management
* APhiO 101 (especially for Advisors who were not a brother previously)
* The Role of Advisor
* The Role of an Advisory Board Chair
That is just a couple of the ideas I have, but I want to hear what you
guys think.
