That's a good point. When we were petitioning 5 years ago at Frostburg State
University (now Alpha Gamma Chi), we used that same thing as a recruitment tool.
Anyone who was with us when we chartered got their name on the charter and got
the distinction of being called a founding member.
What also worked was really promoting our program of service and fellowship.
