Bryan,
Just to pose another view
        If you are saying that there is a line dividing those that drink
and those that don't or can't drink, does that really divide us?  Does
that mean that society is divided?  According to the law 21 and under is
not allowed to drink--like you said, they do it anyway.  Could we move
our focus to prevention rather that restriction.  Let's have sober
brothers--anyone who drinks wears a wrist band and designated sober
brothers wear a wrist band--diff. colors of course, or  Let's put on a
conference discussing risk management-or form a committee.
