Fine Vivs I'll bite and throw some thoughts out there...

There is also more too it than that from what I've heard... it's also an
effort to make the Regions more balanced... today we've got Regions
ranging
in size from 45 chapters at a large to 16 at a small. So if your in a
smaller
Region your chapters vote is worth three times as much in electing your
board member. (Which hence means your opinions are more weighy because
of
your geography.)
Leaving that aside... I can say quite truthfully that I believe there
will be
no Regional re-alignments in '98. The students and the staff are
attached to
familiar faces... and short of some compelling reason are not going to
want
to stop seeing those faces. The system today is not majorly broken... so
I'm
guessing the lethargy of the assembly will keep the current system.

how about a general theme of "Building the Tools of Success"
and two topics of:
Literacy
and
Youth Programs (Big Brother/Big Sister, after school itervention...)
