Since we are quite a minor portion of APO, I think that the roll call issue
should best be left to the chapters at Nationals to vote on it in resolution
form. Perhaps author 2-3 different resolutions which cover this and have a
vote on the preferred way to go at the business meeting. Until then, the
traditional chapter roll call should stay the same.
