Hi everyone,
Sorry for the mass mail, but I would like to advertise my Cambridge
studio, located near Harvard Square, for rent.
The apartment is a modern, fully renovated studio on the top floor of
a very clean, well-maintained three-story brick building. Amenities
include: hardwood floor; large windows for plenty of light; ample
closet space and cabinets; separate kitchen with like-new appliances
(Fridge, Dishwasher, Modern Oven/Stove, Microwave, Disposal);
bathroom with bath-tub; washer/dryer in the basement; large storage
also in the basement. Furthermore, the apartment is cable ready; off-
street parking is available; heat and hot water are included. Monthly
costs are $1395 for rent, plus about $25 for electricity.
The studio is located approximately 0.5 mile (10 minutes walk) from
Harvard Square, adjacent to Harvard University, on Trowbridge Street
(between Cambridge St and Kirkland St). The building is owned by a
management company and other tenants are professionals and graduate
students.
I am looking for a person to take over my lease (no fees; lease cycle
ends 7/31/06, transferable during the period and renewable afterwards.
I am a graduate student in HST. Please feel free to spread this
